In the light of the Kyoto Protocol (to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) that went into effect, the Law Concerning the Rational Use of Energy has been amended and will come into effect on April 1st 2006. Amendments will be made widely for plants and work sites, owners, buildings etc. The currently specified first class and second class energy management plants will also be related.
