Partial completion of PVC inner windows at the Ministry of the Environment

As we have announced in this Topics section in September, the installment of PVC inner windows at the Ministry of the Environment (building #5) started on September 23rd. Installment procedures were carried out only during the weekends. However, installment in the 23rd floor, which houses the Global Environment Bureau and the Environmental Management Bureau, are already complete. Currently, they are working on the 26th floor which houses the Waste Management and Recycling Department and is expected to complete on the 22nd this month. (Daishin Kogyo, a member of our Plastics Windows Promotion Committee (JMADO), took the order and made the installments.)
The windows were regarded highly by the Ministry's officials. There were responses such as "Due to the white colored window frames, our rooms lightened up." "We didn't expect the installments to be this easy, this fast." If you look at the picture of the 23rd floor you may probably agree.
After completion, they are planning to measure energy saving effects during the summer and winter. As a result of this model undertaking, JMADO plans to appeal towards the public that heat insulation reforms using PVC sashes (inner windows) is a highly effective means for energy saving, so it would ultimately be known to the public that PVC products contribute to curbing global warming.
