Japan PVC Environmental Affairs Council (JPEC) has issued copies of full-color PVC News that also came with a design renewal. The top two news of this issue are the installment of PVC sashes at the Ministry of Environment and the completion of demolished PVC pipes recycling that resulted from the Chuetsu earthquake. Prof. Ikaga of Keio University talked about sustainable buildings. Technology of Kowa Seiko was introduced at the recycling section. House building by Sekisui House was introduced at the information section.
