Cutting down greenhouse gases generating from the domestic sector is important. As a part of the measure, NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) has been carrying out a gProject for Promoting the Introduction of High-efficiency Housing/Building Energy Systemsh. The project started a few years ago, and the budget for 2008 is 2 billion yen, which is about double the amount from the previous year.
Among the requirement options for the subsidy, JMADO recommends the gheat insulation reformh by installing PVC window frames coupled with double glazing. If you apply for the renovation work and are granted by NEDO, they will bear one third the cost. They invite for applications a few times within a year. |
