As specific measures to “Our Vision for PVC Recycling”, we have been inviting companies to apply to our recycling subsidy system again, and the deadline was set at the end of January this year. Under the advice from the evaluation board, we decided at the administrative board level to support and co-sponsor the below project:

“Material recycling technology development for PVC modular carpets”
Yamamoto Industrial Co., Ltd
The research involves the production of modular carpets (carpet tiles) using PVC plastisol. The modular carpets will contain more than 10% of the recovered PVC powder separated and collected from modular carpet scraps generated at production plants.
We expect that the research and development would successfully spread PVC recycling. |
