Exhibited in Koshigaya Eco Festa

On the theme of “environment and local production for local consumption,” “Koshigaya Eco Festa” was held on July 18, 2009 in Koshigaya Lake Town, that is a new town of Koshigaya-shi (in Saitama prefecture, near Tokyo) founded in 2008. This Festa aims at creating some local specialty foods and cuisines as well as improving the citizens' awareness of eco. In this event, Koshigaya Junior Chamber, Inc. set up an environment corner, and VEC joined it.

VEC exhibited Fractal Sunshades using recycled PVC and PVC products/applications, which are exhibited at National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (nickname: Miraikan, meaning “future museum”). We hope that all visitors understand what good environmental characteristics PVC has by seeing them actually.
