| “Vien Pod” Popular at the US Navy Air Base Energy Fair |

The Energy Fair was held on October 29 in the US Naval Air Facility Atsugi.
Accepting the invitation to the fair, VEC ran a booth in cooperation with manufacturers of PVC windows and sidings. Other exhibitors were producers of energy-saving devices such as LED luminaire and electric vehicles. In addition, “Vien Pod” installed solar panels on the roof was also introduced at the outdoor space.
The commander and many other people visited the event and recognized how effective the PVC windows are. Especially, in terms of sound insulation, they were surprised at the high performance of the products each time an aircraft makes touch-and-go landings. At the end of the fair, we received a letter of appreciation from the US Navy Public Works Officer.
