PVC News No.72 issued

Japan PVC Environmental Affairs Council (JPEC) released quarterly magazine of PVC News #72.
This issue includes the features of legal system on chemical substances management in Japan and the points of the amendments in “Law Concerning the Examination and Regulation of Manufacturer, etc. of Chemical Substances” revised in May 2009 and enforced in April 2010. In addition, it also introduces an eco town project approached throughout a region, the Eco Flow Project (School Eco-Renovation and Environmental Education Program) conducted by Ministry of Environment, the report from PVC Pipe and Fittings Association, the rehabilitation methods and techniques for older pipes or for a reinforcement against earthquakes.
