Under the theme of “Green for All, All for Green,” “Eco-Products 2011” takes place at Tokyo Big Sight from December 15 to 17. Seven hundred and fifty companies and organizations take part in the exhibit, and 185,000 visitors are expected. The theme of VEC (Vinyl Environmental Council)/JPEC (Japan PVC Environmental Affairs Council) is “PVC for supporting social infrastructure life, PVC for contributing to global environment and nature preservation, and PVC for challenging new possibilities.” By introducing the PVC works to support infrastructure as well as the works in the “PVC Monozukuri (manufacturing) Contest/PVC Innovation Design Contest 2011,” we would like to emphasize some new possibilities for Monozukuri of PVC as well as PVC's contribution to the recovery and reconstruction.
