| PVC Window Frame Seminar to Take Place in Takamatsu |

VEC is to hold the seminar on housing performance and health in Takamatsu-shi, Kagawa prefecture of Shikoku region on March 15, 2016.
The 2013 inquiry by the Fire Fighting National Head Office shows that the thermal shock by the elderly occurs more frequently in the western part of Japan. The occurrence is surprisingly that it is not limited in cold weather region. This seminar includes two speeches and one discussion with the two speakers and PVC window manufacturers. One speech is “Relationship between Thermal Shock and Housing in Kagawa Prefecture” by Prof. Atsushi Iwamae of Kinki University, and the other is “Energy Saving Performance of Housing in Shikoku Region - Actual Status and Recommendation” by Assoc. Prof. Masaki Tajima of Kochi University of Technology.
